  • Are the items new or used?
    Unless stated otherwise, items are used.
  • Has the equipment been checked out for proper functioning?
    All items have been checked for proper functioning by an experienced technician. In addition, items that have been reconditioned or refurbished before sale will be marked as such. Items that have not been verified, will be clearly marked AS IS and will often be offered at a substantial discount.
  • Is the equipment guaranteed?
    Since most items you will find on this site were manufactured 40 to 60 years ago, it is not possible to offer a warranty. If the item you have purchased does not operate properly or fails in a short amount of time, contact us and we will see what we can do.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    Prices do not include shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Do I have to pay custom fees if I am ordering from outside Canada?
    Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • Can items be purchased directly online?
    Not at this time. We will calculate and add shipping cost specifically for your location to determine your total. Please provide us with your contact information on the contact page with the item number for a quote.
